There are 4 bedrooms, one double upstairs and 3 downstairs, two double and one with two single beds and a kitchenette, all leading out onto balconies, maximum 8 people, although there is an option of a bed for an extra youngster in one of the bedrooms.  The living area downstairs on the entry level is open plan with a smart TV and unlimited WiFi.  There are three bathrooms with showers and a bath.  The kitchen has the following items:- electric oven with gas hob, microwave, fridge/freezer and dishwasher.  There is a washing machine in the basement.

Several entertainment areas all overlook the amazing surrounding countryside, the Great Brak River lagoon and Mossel Bay where you can see the lights twinkling at night in the distance.  The built in braai outside is undercover on one cosy corner of the house leading onto the garden.  There is a large carport adjacent to the main entrance.  Linen and bath towels are provided.  Emergency lights.  Please be aware that no pets are allowed and the property is large and unfenced.
