It has a lounge area on one side and beds on the other. Perfect kids/teen hangout as it’s quite separate from the rest of the house. The spacious downstairs bedroom has 2 single beds and garden access next door to a full bathroom with toilet, bath & shower. The large family kitchen with dishwasher, double fridge/freezer, microwave and coffee machine, leads onto a north-facing verandah which is protected from the sea breeze – perfect for outdoor dining. Braai next to the river while fishing or watching the spectacular sunsets. The garage has a dartboard and table tennis and you can launch the kayak a few metres from the garage door. Outside shower for rinsing off after the beach. The garden is fenced, so is pet friendly.

UPSTAIRS there are 4 bright bedrooms, 3 with double beds and great views and 1 small single bedroom. One of the bedrooms opens onto its own deck. The landing has a single bed and access to another outdoor deck. Practical bathroom set up with bathrooms upstairs and down, perfect for large families. Even the bathrooms have views!

This cute three bedroomed family home is being offered for holiday rental by the owners.  The cottage has 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms.  There are 4 single beds on the verandah.  One bedroom has 2 single beds and an ensuite bathroom, the second has a queen size bed with ensuite bathroom, the third has a double bed, maximum 6 adults and 4 children.  There is a TV but no WiFi reception.  You will need to bring your own decoder.  Emergency lanterns are available for load shedding.  There is a separate outside hot & cold shower and w.c. for washing sand off from the beach.  The kitchen has the following items:- stove, microwave, fridge, dishwasher, chest freezer, air fryer and washing machine.  For braais a choice of Weber or drum is provided.  Allocated parking on the street.

Please note there is the 14 night minimum over the Christmas season if available.  Rates quoted are in season, out of season rates may be discussed on application but will be in the region of R2000 per night.

The cottage is fully equipped and is absolutely ideal for a family beach holiday.  It caters for the totally tranquil holiday away from the everyday bustle. There are 6 bedrooms (3 upstairs and 3 downstairs (4 have hand basins in the room).  There is also a sleeper couch.  There is a bathroom upstairs and a full bathroom downstairs with 2 separate toilets and a cold outside shower for swimmers.  The cottage is intended for a family of 11 excluding the sleeper couch which is more for overnight visitors. Blankets and bedspreads are in the kist. Linen and duvets are provided (except for the couch) and the cost of laundering is included.  There are no beach towels so please bring your own.  There is a tv room with satellite dish & dvd player (DSTV & WiFi are included at high season).  The kitchen  has a gas stove, microwave, fridge, chest freezer, washing machine and dishwasher. One lounge upstairs (with large glass folding doors leading onto a balcony) and one downstairs. The downstairs lounge has a cosy wood burning fireplace which makes this an ideal winter retreat and also has large picture windows overlooking a pretty garden and the beach.
